Hallgate Timber can make any type of summer house to order. We can make summer houses with or without verandas, with four pitch roofs, full length glazing, five sides or almost any design that you can think of. All of our summer houses are built using planed timber framework and with have a large range of optional extras so that you can customize your summer house to suite your garden. We also offer a large range of Timber-Cabins.

Lincoln Summer House

Standard features of Lincoln Summer House: Half glazed double doors and a rim lock are standard. All prices include roadside delivery within 50 miles of Long Sutton. All buildings are supplied treated with an application of oil based preservative to the exterior . They are delivered with all necessary fixings (Screws, nails, glass and felt).

Classic Summer House

The Classic summer house can be supplied with our without a veranda. A 10 x 10 with veranda will be approx 10 wide by 7 deep for the main room and 3 for the veranda area. Optional extras are available, including Georgian spars and windows boxes. Please ask for details.

Bostonian Summer House

The Bostonian Summer House is the perfect summer house to fit into a corner, with 5 sides and a special roof that is a cross between an apex and a pent it will add character to any garden.
The Bostonian summer house includes the following as standard:

+Double doors with Georgian spars
+50mm x 50mm framework
+T+G floor
+Felt and Glazing
+Antique style hinges and handles
+Treatment to the exterior cladding
